Name Keeper collects no data.

Overview

Name Keeper ("the App") is a personal name recall assistant. Your privacy is fundamental to how the App is designed. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to any external servers.

Data Storage

All data you create in the App, including groups, people, and descriptions, is stored in two places:

Locally on your device using Apple's Core Data framework.
In your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit, which enables sync across your own devices.

We do not operate any servers. We have no ability to access, read, or retrieve your data.

Data Collection

The App does not collect any personal information. Specifically:

No analytics or tracking
No advertising or ad identifiers
No cookies
No third-party SDKs that collect data
No account creation or login

iCloud Sync

If you have iCloud enabled on your device, the App uses Apple's CloudKit to sync your data across your devices. This sync is handled entirely by Apple's infrastructure and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We have no access to your iCloud data.

In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time in-app purchase processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. Purchase records are managed by Apple and tied to your Apple ID.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from children. Since no data is collected from any user, there is no special risk to children's privacy.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy is updated, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Since we do not collect contact information, we cannot notify users directly. Please check this page periodically.
