By downloading or using Name Keeper ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Name Keeper is a personal name recall assistant that allows you to organize people into groups and attach descriptive notes. The App stores data locally on your device and optionally syncs via your personal iCloud account.
The App offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ("Name Keeper Pro") that removes usage limits. This purchase is processed by Apple and is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). The purchase is non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
You retain full ownership of all data you create in the App. We do not access, collect, or store your data on any external servers. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While iCloud sync provides redundancy, it is not a guaranteed backup service.
You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices or operating system versions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NameKeeper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
