How does iCloud sync work?

Name Keeper automatically syncs your data across all devices signed into the same Apple ID with iCloud enabled. There's no setup required — just make sure iCloud is turned on in your device settings.

My data isn't syncing between devices

Make sure both devices are signed into the same Apple ID and have iCloud enabled. Go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud and confirm Name Keeper is toggled on. Syncing may take a few moments on slower connections.

How do I delete my data?

Open Name Keeper, go to Settings, and tap "Delete All Data." This removes all data from your device and your iCloud account. This action cannot be undone.

Is my data private?

Yes. Name Keeper collects no data and has no external servers. Everything stays on your device and in your personal iCloud account. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I restore a purchase?

In-app purchases are tied to your Apple ID. If you reinstall the app or switch devices, your purchase should restore automatically. If it doesn't, go to Settings within the app and look for a "Restore Purchases" option.
